Give to the customers clear and true technical, commercial and financial information, in order to allow the most profitable choice. Make comparison with the competitors’ products citing published and unequivocal technical subjects, without discrediting them. |

Be constant and strong in the negotiations, always with the right concentration and will. Be professional and available. Respect the customer and do not give in up to the sale. |

Be on good terms with the Customer, by a collaboration Company-Company instead of a personal collaboration. Give assistance as soon as possible, with respect of the priority rules given to the customers, the company requirements and the right of the Customers to the best service. |

Do not bring problems that cannot be solved and that are outside one’s province. Face the problems, finding the concordant points and solving the divergent ones. Operate to strengthen and to find an answer to the needs with the aim to always build-up and never destroy. |

Protect the dignity of each person. Do not promise, give or make things that are not permitted. |

Work with affection and passion, giving collaboration to the colleagues, helping them and correcting the errors. Do not express bad opinions and do not make useless discussions. Promote positive attitudes, that unite the Company, with the respect of the hierarchical organization. |
